    Epoxy adhesive, also known as rebar anchor adhesive, is a two-component, high-strength structural adhesive formulated with a high-performance epoxy resin as its base, along with a curing agent, additives, and polymer fillers. Components A and B are stored separately before use and can be mixed in the correct proportions during application. A chemical reaction cures to form a dense, hard polymer matrix with excellent bond strength, tensile strength, water resistance, chemical resistance, and aging resistance.
This product is widely used in construction, transportation, municipal engineering, and industrial manufacturing, particularly for rebar anchoring in concrete structures, bolt anchoring, bridge reinforcement, tunnel support, track fixing, curtain wall installation, equipment foundation fixing, and prefabricated component connection. The cured bond of epoxy rebar adhesive possesses extremely high structural strength and maintains stable performance under long-term loads and complex environments, ensuring secure and reliable anchoring even in humidity, vibration, and high or low temperatures.
Epoxy adhesive is easy to apply and can be injected manually or mechanically. Before applying glue, clean the hole of dust and oil, and ensure the substrate surface is dry and clean. Then, mix components A and B in the correct proportions and use a dedicated glue gun to evenly inject the glue into the hole. Insert the rebar or bolt and rotate gently to expel any air bubbles. Allow to cure. Depending on the temperature, the surface drying time is generally 6–10 minutes, and full curing takes approximately 24 hours.

Application

Step 1	Check compatibility and adhesion between sealant and substrate.
Step 2	Use in clean environment (4℃–40℃, RH 40%–80%).
Step 3	Clean substrate surface; remove dirt, grease; apply temporary tape.
Step 4	Cut nozzle; inject sealant slowly and continuously.
Step 5	After injection, remove tape and finish decoration.
