Product Description
PVC foam regulators are essentially acrylic-based processing aids that retain all fundamental characteristics of PVC processing aids. The only distinction from general-purpose PVC processing aids lies in their molecular weight, with PVC foam regulators exhibiting significantly higher molecular weights than conventional types.
The purpose of adding ultra-high molecular weight polymers to PVC foam products is to promote the plasticization of PVC; The second is to improve the melt strength of PVC foam materials, prevent the merging of bubbles, and obtain uniformly foamed products; The third is to ensure that the melt has good fluidity to obtain products with good appearance.
