Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM)is a special synthetic rubberprepared by chlorination and sulfonation of polyethylene at the sametime. lt has a fully saturated main chain and side group, and can bevulcanized by metal oxide, sulfur, polyol, peroxide and other vulcani-zation systems. lt is suitable for vulcanization by various vulcaniza-tion molding methods. Because of this structure, CSM has manycharacteristics in the rubber industry, including:
-Excellent ozone resistance and weather resistance;Good resilience;

-Corrosion resistance to many chemicals;

-Moderate oil and solvent resistance;

-Good flame resistance;
