CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene)

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) is a synthetic elastomer produced by chlorination and chlorosulfonation reaction of polyethylene, with trade names such as "Hypolon". Its appearance is mostly white or milky-white flaky/granular solid, with saturated molecular chains and chlorosulfonated reactive groups, density 1.07-1.28, embrittlement temperature as low as - 56℃~-40℃, soluble in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. It has excellent weather resistance (ozone resistance, anti-aging), chemical resistance (acid, alkali, oil, etc.), wide temperature adaptability (-40 ℃ ~ 145 ℃ to maintain the performance), and flame retardant, electrical insulation is good, vulcanized rubber even if the filler is not added to strengthen the strength of the rubber also has a higher strength. The production process mainly includes solvent method (carbon tetr achloride solvent is required, and the process is cumbersome) and gas-solid method (solvent-free, green and environmentally friendly, and has been industrialized domestically), which is widely used in the fields of rubber products, coatings, wires and cables, and so on.

Automotive Hose

Excellent aging resistance: CSM molecular structure is saturated with excellent ozone resistance, atmospheric aging resistance and heat resistance, which can be exposed to sunlight or high temperature for a long period of time without easy aging and deterioration, thus prolonging the service life of automotive rubber hose.
Good chemical corrosion resistance: it can resist the erosion of various chemical substances contacted in the process of automobile operation, such as fuel, lubricating oil, refrigerant, brake fluid, etc., to keep the performance of the hose stable and prevent the hose from rupture or leakage caused by chemical corrosion.
Better physical and mechanical properties: with high tensile strength, hardness and abrasion resistance, it can withstand the pressure, tension and friction that the automotive rubber hose is subjected to during the working process, which ensures that the hose can work normally under complex working conditions and is not easy to rupture, wear and tear and other problems.
A certain degree of flame retardancy: CSM has a certain degree of flame retardancy, which in the event of fire and other accidents in the car, can slow down the burning speed of the rubber hose, to buy time for the evacuation of people and rescue, and improve the safety of the car.

Roller Coating

Excellent weatherability: CSM molecular structure is saturated with excellent ozone, weathering and heat aging resistance. In the roller coating, it can resist the erosion of sunlight, wind and rain, high and low temperatures and other environmental factors for a long time, preventing the coating from cracking, chalking and fading, and prolonging the service life of the rollers, which is especially suitable for the rollers used in outdoor or harsh environmental conditions.
Good chemical resistance: CSM can resist the corrosion of many chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, salts, oils, organic solvents and so on. When it is used in roller coating, it can protect the rollers from chemical substances in contact, avoiding the destruction of the coating and the decline of roller performance, and it is suitable for the rollers in contact with chemical media in the chemical, printing and dyeing, electroplating and other industries.
Excellent physical and mechanical properties: CSM has high tensile strength, hardness, good elasticity and wear resistance. As a coating for rubber rollers, it can improve the surface strength and abrasion resistance of rubber rollers, so that they can withstand greater pressure and friction, and are less prone to abrasion, deformation and other problems, to ensure the normal operation and stable work of rubber rollers.

Rubber soles

Good heat resistance: heat-resistant temperature up to 150 ℃, can maintain better performance in high temperature environment, not easy to deform, suitable for shoes used in hot weather or contact with high temperature objects in the scene.
Outstanding weather resistance: excellent resistance to sunlight aging, ozone resistance, long exposure to sunlight or harsh outdoor environments, the soles are not easy to crack, aging and other phenomena, prolonging the service life of the shoes.
Better chemical resistance: better resistance to acid, alkali and other chemicals, even if exposed to some corrosive substances, the sole is not easy to be damaged, suitable for use in some special working environments or scenarios where chemical substances are easily accessible.
Certain flammability resistance: due to the chlo rine atoms in the structure, it has a certain effect of preventing flame retardation, and it is not easy to burn when it meets open fire or high temperature, which improves the safety of the shoes.
Good processing performance: it has greater thermoplasticity than natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, etc. It can be processed with ordinary rubber equipment and does not need to be plasticized, which is convenient for the production and manufacture of shoe soles, and it can also be used in conjunction with various kinds of rubbers to improve the aging resistance of other rubbers.
