UV absorber is a "sun shield" for industrial materials, which prevents materials from aging due to light (e.g. plastic brittleness, coating discoloration, fiber strength decline) and extends outdoor service life by absorbing and converting UV energy. Its features include: high absorption (covering UVB/UVA bands), weather resistance (stable under long-term light exposure), good compatibility (no precipitation when combined with plastics, coatings, rubber, etc.), and safety and environmental protection (complying with industrial standards).
Core Uses:
Plastics: packaging film, automobile parts against yellowing;
Coatings: building exterior paint, automotive coatings anti-fading;
Fibers: outdoor fabrics, awnings anti-degradation;
Rubber: tires, seals anti-cracking.
Usage: directly mixed into raw materials (add 0.1%-2%), or dissolved in solvent and sprayed, need to be evenly dispersed. High-temperature processing select heat-resistant type (such as triazine).
